Dad Had an Eye Surgery
My dad just underwent eye surgery today. Although it was a small procedure, I think it initially shook him up a bit. However, once it was done, I could sense his relief from how talkative he was lol. Now, our focus is on ensuring he doesn't strain his eyes in the coming weeks.
Physical 100 Seasons 2
I thoroughly enjoyed Season 2 of Physical 100, although I still have a preference for the challenges in Season 1. Watching the show motivates me to push myself further, not just physically but also to strengthen my mental fortitude. We will not know what we’re truly capable of until we keep pushing ourselves to the limits. Hitting in the gym this Thursday would be much more intense for me. I'm thinking of incorporating pistol squats with a sandbag on my shoulders for an added challenge!
